NEW!!

Recreational Division 1 Day Pilot Program-$700($100 is reimbursed when raffle tickets are sold)

We are introducing a 1 day recreational program for athletes who don’t want the competitiveness of the Full race program, but still want to challenge themselves.

We are doing a trial run of this program for the 2016/2017 ski season and will re-evaluate how the program did at the end of the year.

The program consists of the following:

  • 1 day of training-Saturdays only (there are no “make-up” days if you decide you’d rather come on Sunday than Saturday

(if you attend training days other than scheduled training, the executive board members can choose to terminate your membership for the remainder of the season with no refunds)

  • 1 Provincial Race Only
  • There are absolutely no exceptions to the above rules.

 Alpine Race Team

Course Cost-$850($100 is reimbursed when raffle tickets are sold)

The Table Mountain Alpine Race Team is a competitive alpine race team based at Table Mountain Regional Park at Battleford Saskatchewan. The program is for experienced skiers in the U12 to U21 age categories. Our racers are trained in 3 disciplines: Slalom, Giant Slalom and Super G. The Super G training is optional for athletes in the U16 + category and is conducted at mountain camps in conjunction with Saskatchewan Alpine. TMART works in close conjunction with Sask Alpine to provide opportunities for the athletes to train and race in the mountains. The race team has its own training facility at the ski hill providing the athletes their own area to change, warm up, tune skis, eat lunch, review video etc. Our season starts at the end of November with the “All Sask” trip to the mountains. This trip is attended by all the Saskatchewan race teams and is intended to help our racers get their ski legs back and provides an opportunity to watch the Men’s World Cup Downhill race at Lake Louise

The U14 to U21 program consists of 2 full days of training per week (Saturdays and Sundays) starting when the hill opens for skiing, typically the first weekend of December. These athletes will race at a minimum of 2 races in the province during the year and have the option to enter several out of province races during the year.

Club fees include all coaching costs (including All Sask camp), race entry fees and lift passes at the in province races. Athletes are responsible for their own seasons pass at Table Mountain, equipment, transportation, lift passes and accommodations at out of province training and races. Any questions should be directed to the race coordinator
